The Leadership Development department of the Greensboro Chamber works to develop a "model" Chamber of Commerce by providing leadership development and community awareness opportunities for Greensboro to enhance the leadership capacities and volunteer effectiveness of individuals, as well as develop skills and strategies to understand and eradicate prejudice and discrimination on a personal, organizational, and community level.
